Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adult : Age \= 19 years
- •2\. Patients who underwent surgical operation under general anesthesia in 2019 \-2021(for retrospective review)
- •3\. All consecutive patients who will receive surgical operation under general anesthesia in 2022\- (for retrospective comparison with 2019\-2021 for validation).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Emergency operation
- •2\. Surgical operation which does not need pre\-anesthesia evaluation.
- •3\. Decompensated cirrhosis
- •4\. Patients with short life\-expectancy (less than 1 year) ex) HCC etc.
