•1 Simultaneously conforms to the western medicine chronic insomnia diagnosis standard, Chinese medicine does not sleep diagnosis standard and the Chinese medicine phlegm syndrome diagnosis standard;
•2 Aged 18 to 70 years;
•3 Normal cognitive function.

•1 Patients with severe mental illness or anxiety or depression;
•2 Drug dependence or alcohol dependence;
•3 Pregnancy and lactation patients;
•4 The survival period is less than 6 months;
•5 Combined use of other traditional Chinese medicine preparations, lipid-lowering drugs or psychotropic drugs during treatment;
•6 Use of lipid-lowering drugs within one month;
•7 Hamilton anxiety scale score >= 14 or Hamilton depression scale (17 items) >=17.
•8 Serious physical diseases.
