- To compare the efficacy of BilwadiPanchmool Ghana Vati with Fenofibrate in reducing triglyceride levels (after fasting for 10 hrs).

This Study is a Randomized Open Labelled Controlled Clinical Trial Comparing the Safety And Efficacy Of BilwadiPanchamool Ghana Vati 500mg Twice A Day And Controlled Drug Tablet Finofibrate 80mg Once A Day For 3 Months in 100 Patients Of Increased Triglyceride Levels Divided in Two Groups And The Effect On Weight , BMI , Triglyceride Level, Lipid Profile (Cholesterol ).

入选标准
- •Diagnosed patients of sthoulya or medoroga or kapha vrudhi and increased Triglyceride levels (after fasting for 10hrs) from OPD & IPD.
- •Suitable case paper Performa will be designed for the study.
- •3.100 patients of increased triglyceride levels (Can be Compare with Kaphavrudhi or medorog or hypertriglyceridemia) will be selected randomly 50 for each group.
- •Medicine will be repeated every 15 days after follow up upto 90 days.
- •Patients will be selected on the basis of Lipid profile reports.
- •Patients having increased Triglycerides level more than 150 mg per dL.
排除标准
- •The patients below 18 yrs.
- •And above 55 yrs will be not be included.
- •patients suffering from major diseases like medasara, mansara and pregnant women will not be selected.

时间窗: 0th Day (Baseline Assessment) , 15th Day (Follow Up ) for 3 month
次要结局
- 1) To compare the effect of BilwadiPanchamool Ghana vati on triglyceride levels with the effect of fenofibrate .(2) To compare the effect of BilwadiPanchamoolghanavati and fenofibrate on Lipid Profile ( Cholesterol, HDL , LDL levels))
