- •Patients ASA I and II
- •Patients undergoing unilateral modified radical mastectomy under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Scoliosis or any vertebral anomalies or previous spinal surgeries.
- •Morbid obesity (BMI = 40).
- •Allergy or contraindication to any of the studied medications.
- •Chronic opioid use.
- •Infection at the site of injection, coagulopathy, or any other contraindication for regional anaesthesia.
