Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Amateur Tennis players playing for club, college, University
- •2\.Players between the age of 18\-25 Years
- •3\.Players practicing for Minimum 6 months with 3 times per week
- •4\.Both males and females
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Players with recent musculoskeletal injuries in last 6 weeks.
- •2\.Players diagnosed with any neurological, orthopaedic, cardiovascular diseases.
- •3\.Players with any surgery on lower limb, upper limb, spine in last 6 months
