Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Amateur Tennis players playing for club, college, University
  • 2\.Players between the age of 18\-25 Years
  • 3\.Players practicing for Minimum 6 months with 3 times per week
  • 4\.Both males and females

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Players with recent musculoskeletal injuries in last 6 weeks.
  • 2\.Players diagnosed with any neurological, orthopaedic, cardiovascular diseases.
  • 3\.Players with any surgery on lower limb, upper limb, spine in last 6 months
