Inclusion Criteria

1.Amateur Tennis players playing for club, college, University

2.Players between the age of 18-25 Years

3.Players practicing for Minimum 6 months with 3 times per week

4.Both males and females

Exclusion Criteria

1.Players with recent musculoskeletal injuries in last 6 weeks.

2.Players diagnosed with any neurological, orthopaedic, cardiovascular diseases.

3.Players with any surgery on lower limb, upper limb, spine in last 6 months
