Patients of age >=18 years with one or more acrochordons.
1. Patients with skin diseases known to be associated with metabolic syndrome such as psoriasis, vitiligo, acanthosis nigricans (AN), lichen planus (LP) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
2. Patients with history of endocrine diseases like cushing syndrome, acromegaly, pheochromocytoma, hyperthyroidism, glucagonoma.
3. Patients with a history of isotretinoin use in last six months.
4. Patients with family history of diabetes, hypertension and familial hyperlipidemia.
5. Pregnant woman.
6. Patients on drugs that are known to cause hyperglycemia, hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
7. Patients with history of smoking and alcohol use.
