Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Multilevel ( \>1 level) cervical stenosis with myelopathy\- Anterior approach operated.
- •2\. Psychosocially, mentally and physically able to fully comply with this protocol including adhering to completing forms and other study procedures.
- •3\. Personally signed and dated informed consent document prior to any study\-related procedures indicating that the patient has been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Posterior cervical laminectomy cases
- •2\. Post traumatic cervical spine.
- •3\. Cervical PID with only radiculopathy.
- •4\. Cervical spine infection.
