Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Multilevel ( \>1 level) cervical stenosis with myelopathy\- Anterior approach operated.
  • •2\. Psychosocially, mentally and physically able to fully comply with this protocol including adhering to completing forms and other study procedures.
  • •3\. Personally signed and dated informed consent document prior to any study\-related procedures indicating that the patient has been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Posterior cervical laminectomy cases
  • •2\. Post traumatic cervical spine.
  • •3\. Cervical PID with only radiculopathy.
  • •4\. Cervical spine infection.
