1) Age- 20-60 years
2) Patients with sign and symptoms of Vataja Abhishyanda- Evaporative Dry Eye will be selected irrespective of Sex, Religion and Profession.
3) Patients those are fit for Anjana Karma and Parisheka according to Ayurveda text.
4) Patients willing to register for clinical study.
1) Age group below 20 and above 60 years.
2) Patients presenting with Dry eye complicated with infective conjunctivitis/keratitis.
3) Patients presenting with disorders of lid-globe apposition.
4) Patients suffering from Aqueous deficiency dry eye.
5) Patients having Infective Anterior segment disorder.
6) Patients suffering from specific eye lid disorders like Ectropion, Entropion, Tumors, Skin allergies (Acne Rosacea), and Ocular Motility Disorders.
7) Patients Contraindicated for Anjana Karma and Parisheka.
8) Pregnant and lactating mothers.
9) Individuals suffering from general debilitating health condition, immunocompromised disease or on immunosuppressive drugs.
10) Patients with alcohol, opioids other drug addiction and using any other systemic drugs which may alter the result of study.
11) Patients not willing to be registered for clinical study.
