Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. The Participants willing to participate in the study
- •2\.Both Male and Female
- •2\.Overhead Athletes with forward head posture
- •3\.Craniovertebral angle\- \<49 degree
- •4\. Age 18 \-30 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Unwillingness.
- •2\.Any musculoskeletal, respiratory or cardiac disorders.
- •4\.Uncooperative patient
- •5\.Individuals who had undergone any operations in spinal bones or chest, had traumatic neck injury.
