Inclusion Criteria
Voluntary patients
aged from 18 to 65 years
undergoing midline abdominal incisions
Exclusion Criteria
patient refusal
Patients with coagulation disorders (Platelets = 50,000 and/or INR> 1.5)
History of allergic reactions to lidocaine or/and bupivacaine
Signs of infection at the injection site
Emergency surgery
History of chronic pain
Surgery under spinal anesthesia
