1. More than 18 years
2. All disease which would be required for hepatectomy
3. intermediate-to-difficult hepatectomy
4. HAT cases
Exclusion Criteria
1. Hepatectomy with concomitant some surgery (e.g., gastrectomy or pancreaticoduodenecrtomy)
2. Donor hepatectomy
