Being aged between 60 and 75 years
Not having cognitive and psychological impairment using AMT tool completion and earning a minimum score of 7
Having reading and writing skills
Ability to answer questionnaire questions
Ability to communication
Lack of mental illness
No use of any kind of psychotropic drugs
Unwillingness to continue to study
Absence at each of the training sessions
The occurrence of major stressful events during research, such as the occurrence of a serious illness of the spouse and child
Death of a loved one or an elderly person
