Inclusion Criteria

Twins where twin A is cephalic, gestational age 32-38 weeks, estimated fetal weight 1500-4000g, both twins alive.

Exclusion Criteria

monoamniotic twins, lethal fetal anomaly, contraindication to labour or vaginal birth.
