Inclusion Criteria
Consecutive patients who are diagnosed with glufosinate ammonium poisoning from August 2014 to December 2015 in the emergency departement of Wonju Severance Christian Hospital, Wonju College of Medicine, Yonsei University
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria are age <18 years, poisoning with any additional agents with the exception of alcohol, liver disease causing high serum ammonia level, and any clinical status other than glufosinate ammonia toxification that might cause seizure.
