Inclusion Criteria
Subjects are selected as those who have no problem in following the researcher's instructions, have sufficient muscle strength to proceed with the exercise of the study, and do not have limitations on the range of joints within the range of motion.
Exclusion Criteria
Those who have experienced acute back pain in the last 6 months, those who have experienced whipping damage to the neck bone in the past, and those with neuropsychiatric problems are excluded from the selection process of this study.
