Inclusion Criteria
1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pyelonephritis;
2.Syndrome differentiation is bladder damp-heat syndrome;
3.Urine bacterial cultures are all positive;
4.Those who know and sign the consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Pregnant or lactating women;
2.People suffering from mental illness;
3.People with renal failure;
4.Accompanied by urinary tract obstruction or deformity;
5.Systemic infection;
