- •1.Patients aged between 30 and 55 years with moderate to severe chronic periodontitis
- •2.Systemically healthy patients fit for periodontal surgery
- •3.Patients with good oral hygiene maintenance.
排除标准
- •1.Patients allergic to Amoxicillin
- •2.Pregnant patients
- •4.Previous periodontal surgery done in the same area
- •5.Antibiotic therapy taken 3 months prior to surgery
