1.The patients referred to the sleep clinic of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital aged > 18 years olds with a diagnosis of moderate to severe OSAS based on split-night polysomnography.
2.The patients have at least one nasopharyngeal symptoms during CPAP titration of at least moderate degree
�Baseline pattern of split night polysomnogram < 2 hours
�>5 central apneas per hour of sleep
�Inadequate CPAP titration
�Humidification was used in split night study
�Patients use CPAP or surgical management or oral appliance
�Patients refuse
�Pregnancy
�Patients can�t follow up in two month
�The Patients have a travel plan outside of Thailand within two months of the study
�The patients receive other medication for treatment of nasopharyngeal symptoms during the study
�Change of mask within the study
