入选标准
- •1.The patients referred to the sleep clinic of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital aged > 18 years olds with a diagnosis of moderate to severe OSAS based on split-night polysomnography.
- •2.The patients have at least one nasopharyngeal symptoms during CPAP titration of at least moderate degree
排除标准
- •ï¿½Baseline pattern of split night polysomnogram < 2 hours
- •ï¿½>5 central apneas per hour of sleep
- •ï¿½Inadequate CPAP titration
- •ï¿½Humidification was used in split night study
- •ï¿½Patients use CPAP or surgical management or oral appliance
- •ï¿½Patients refuse
- •ï¿½Pregnancy
- •ï¿½Patients can�t follow up in two month
- •ï¿½The Patients have a travel plan outside of Thailand within two months of the study
- •ï¿½The patients receive other medication for treatment of nasopharyngeal symptoms during the study
- •ï¿½Change of mask within the study
