•1. Aged 18-60 years old;
•2. meet the diagnostic criteria of icsd-3;
•3. PSQI score >7;
•4. did not receive psychiatric drug treatment in the past month;
•5. No communication and cognitive barriers, can carry out basic operations on smart phones;
•6. Sign the informed consent.

•1. Sleep disorders caused by epilepsy, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, renal failure, hypertension, metabolic disease or benign prostatic hyperplasia;
•2. Sleep disorders caused by depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, or other serious mental disorders;
•3. diagnosis of other sleep disorders, or any other sleep disorders found on PSG at baseline, such as obstructive sleep apnea, rapid eye movement (REM) sleep disorders, or restless legs syndrome;
•4. Unable to fill in the scale, low educational level;
•5. pregnant women, nursing women and other inappropriate to receive acupuncture treatment;
•6. I have received acupuncture treatment for insomnia in the past month;
•7.Alcohol and/or other substance abuse or dependence.
