Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged 18\-60 years old;
- •2\. meet the diagnostic criteria of icsd\-3;
- •3\. PSQI score \>7;
- •4\. did not receive psychiatric drug treatment in the past month;
- •5\. No communication and cognitive barriers, can carry out basic operations on smart phones;
- •6\. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Sleep disorders caused by epilepsy, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, renal failure, hypertension, metabolic disease or benign prostatic hyperplasia;
- •2\. Sleep disorders caused by depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, or other serious mental disorders;
- •3\. diagnosis of other sleep disorders, or any other sleep disorders found on PSG at baseline, such as obstructive sleep apnea, rapid eye movement (REM) sleep disorders, or restless legs syndrome;
- •4\. Unable to fill in the scale, low educational level;
- •5\. pregnant women, nursing women and other inappropriate to receive acupuncture treatment;
- •6\. I have received acupuncture treatment for insomnia in the past month;
- •7\.Alcohol and/or other substance abuse or dependence.
