Inclusion Criteria
Subjects fulfill the Rome ? diagnostic criteria (for IBS-D)
1.Subjects between 18-50 years of age.
2.Subjects of either gender.
3.Subjects who sign the written consent form and agree for follow up.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Diagnosed cases of HTN, DM, Malignancy,
Cerebrovascular disease, PVD, Renal disease, Liver disease.
2.Diagnosed cases of IBD, Peptic ulcer disease, Intestinal tuberculosis.
3.Hb less than 9 gm/dl, AST, ALT greater than120 IU/L, S. creatinine greater than1.5 mg/dl, occult blood in stool.
4.Pregnancy and lactation.
5.Red flags sign
