Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Both immediate extraction and healed ridge
- •2\. Posterior maxillary alveolar residual bone height 5 \-10 mm
- •3\. More than 4 mm of residual bone width
- •no localized pathology or anatomic limitations of the oral cavity, or scarring after previous surgery
- •4\. no significant history of sinus disease
- •5\. no history of systemic diseases
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with poor oral hygiene advanced periodontal disease
- •Systemic diseases
- •patient with parafunctional habits
- •Medication interfering with bone metabolism (i.e. corticosteroids, bisphosphonate, etc.)
- •Pregnant and lactating females
