- •1.American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) grade I or II
- •2.Between 18-60 years of either sex 11,12
- •3.Posted for elective surgery of different specialties
排除标准
- •1.Anticipated difficult airway- Mallampatti grade >= III , Thyromental distance < 6cm , inter incisor distance < 3.5cm , History of difficult airway management in past.
- •2.Emergency surgery.
- •3.Full stomach.
- •4.Cardiovascular diseases and uncontrolled hypertension.
- •5.High intra cranial pressure (ICP).
