•Inclusion Criteria:
•1. Patients diagnosed with Bhagandar (Fistula in ano) irrespective of any demographic condition.
•2. Patients that are fit for surgery under spinal anesthesia.
•3. Patients between the age group of 18 to 60 years.

•Exclusion Criteria:
•1. The patients that are not fit for surgery under spinal anesthesia.
•2. No growth in culture report of primary swab collection.
•3. Patients aged below 18 years and above 60 years will be excluded.
•4. Patients suffering from Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C virus positive or Sexual Transmitted Disease (STD) will be excluded.
•5. Patient with local skin disorder like fungal infection, eczema, pyoderma.
