Histologically confirmed left-sided breast carcinomas
Post Operative Stages I, II, and III
Adequate bone marrow function
Adequate hepatic and renal function
Participants can understand the study and sign informed consent for the study.
Right sided breast carcinomas
ECOG >2
Previous history of any radiotherapy
Distal metastatic disease (Stage IV)
