Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Minimum age of 18 years; have a smartphone; accept sleeping in a room separate from the partner; agree to participate in the research by signing the Free and Informed Consent Form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Non\-availability to do the treatment for the established period; benzodiazepine medication users; continuous users of muscle relaxants; alcoholics.
