•Patients who are (1) adults aged 20 or older undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery through regular procedures at the hospital, (2) adult patients using intravenous patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) after surgery, and (3) able to provide written informed consent to participate in the clinical trial and understand the procedures of this clinical trial.

•(1) Smokers
•(2) Patients with severe bradycardia and uncontrollable arrhythmias
•(3) Patients who received both sugammadex and neostigmine for neuromuscular blockade reversal at the end of general anesthesia
•(4) Patients who underwent postoperative mechanical ventilation
•(5) Patients who underwent reoperation within 48 hours after surgery
•(6) For patients who underwent reoperation more than 48 hours after the initial surgery, only the first surgery will be included in the study, and subsequent surgeries will be excluded.
•(7) Patients discharged on the same day as surgery
•(8) Patients who used neuromuscular blocking agents other than rocuronium during anesthesia induction
