Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who are not able to maintain pharmacotherapy or whose pharmacotherapy is inadequate and have a duration of six months or more
1) Hiatal hernia more than 2 cm in length with upper endoscopic examination
2) LA-C or LA-D reflux esophagitis
3) Barrett`s esophagus >2cm
4) Esophageal varix
5) Gastric outlet obstruction
6) Spastic motility disorder such as achalasia, diffuse esophageal spasm, and Jack hammer esophagus with esophageal manometry
7) Coagulopathy (Platelet < 50,000, PT < 60%, unable to stop antiplatelet or anticoagulant such as aspirin/warfarin)
8) Pregnancy
9) Anatomic alteration due to previous esophageal or gastric surgery
10) Body mass index > 35
