入选标准
- •Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who are not able to maintain pharmacotherapy or whose pharmacotherapy is inadequate and have a duration of six months or more
排除标准
- •1) Hiatal hernia more than 2 cm in length with upper endoscopic examination
- •2) LA-C or LA-D reflux esophagitis
- •3) Barrett`s esophagus >2cm
- •4) Esophageal varix
- •5) Gastric outlet obstruction
- •6) Spastic motility disorder such as achalasia, diffuse esophageal spasm, and Jack hammer esophagus with esophageal manometry
- •7) Coagulopathy (Platelet < 50,000, PT < 60%, unable to stop antiplatelet or anticoagulant such as aspirin/warfarin)
- •8) Pregnancy
- •9) Anatomic alteration due to previous esophageal or gastric surgery
- •10) Body mass index > 35
