The participants in this study will consist of novice nurses (with less than 3 years of experience in the emergency room) currently working in emergency rooms in South Korea. They will be divided into two groups: a group of nurses who have completed the existing KTAS education and maintain their certification, and a group of nurses who have not completed KTAS education.
The study participants will be selected from nurses working in regional and local emergency medical centers in South Korea. There will be 15 participants in the intervention group and 15 participants in the control group who have maintained their KTAS education certification. Additionally, 15 participants in the intervention group and 15 participants in the control group will be selected from emergency room nurses who have not completed KTAS education, totaling 60 participants.
- Nurses currently working in emergency rooms using KTAS programs
- Nurse with 0-3 years of clinical experience in the emergency room
- 3 years or more of emergency room work experience
- Nurses working in an emergency room that does not use the KTAS program
- A nurse in the emergency room who works exclusively in administrative work
