Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Clinically diagnosed case of parikarthika(chronic fissure in ano).
- •Subjects irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and economic status.
- •Subjects between 21\-60 years of age irrespective of both sexes.
- •Patients of parikarthika with diabetes and hypertension which are under control, are also included in study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Ulcerative colitis, chrons disease, tuberculosis, syphilis, Ca rectum, Ca colon, fistula in ano
