Inclusion Criteria
Clinically diagnosed case of parikarthika(chronic fissure in ano).
Subjects irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and economic status.
Subjects between 21-60 years of age irrespective of both sexes.
Patients of parikarthika with diabetes and hypertension which are under control, are also included in study.
Exclusion Criteria
Ulcerative colitis, chrons disease, tuberculosis, syphilis, Ca rectum, Ca colon, fistula in ano
