Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ALL GENDERS AGED BETWEEN 18\-40 YEARS
- •LUMBAR LORDOSIS ANGLE MORE THAN 45 DEGREES
- •SUBJECTS WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STUDY
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pain in the lumbar region, radiating pain to the lower limb
- •Any congenital spinal deformities
- •History of gross Musculoskeletal disorders
- •History of spinal fracture, surgical procedures related to spine, shoulder, pelvic girdle
- •Who are unable to comprehend to the commands
- •Undergoing any professional physical activity training
