Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Having an electronic health record in the integrated health system (Sib)
  • •Having a child under 5 years old
  • •Have a computer, tablet or smart phone and get acquainted with working with it
  • •Internet access
  • •Literacy for reading and writing
  • •Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •The child has incurable disease
  • •The mother has physical or mental health problems that affect her caring role
  • •The child is cared for full time by a person other than the mother.
