简要总结
This study will evaluate the role of individualized homoeopathic treatment in patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Patients diagnosed with IBS using the Rome IV criteria will be treated with remedies selected through Murphy’s Homoeopathic Repertory. The effectiveness of treatment will be assessed using the IBS Symptom Severity Score (IBS-SSS). A total of 50 patients between 15–65 years will be included, and follow-up will be done weekly for 18 months. The study aims to measure improvement in symptoms, quality of life, and patient satisfaction, while also identifying commonly indicated homoeopathic remedies for IBS.

- •Patients diagnosed as per ROME’S IV Criteria with IBS, with no major complications or concurrent severe illnesses.
排除标准
- •Patients with anatomical abnormalities , inflammatory bowel diseases, malignancies, or requiring urgent surgical interventions.
- •2.Subjects under 15 years and above 65 years will be excluded from studies 3.Pregnant or lactating women.
