Major entry requirements: Patients aged 20 to 70 years; Patient have reading skills; The patient has no cognitive problem or anxiety disorders; Participate for the first time undergoing coronary artery angiography; Angiography withouth a right heart catheterization; Before undergoing angiography, they have not been subjected to other invasive procedures such as echocardiography through the esophagus; Patients with known heart valve disease are not treated by their physician because they will exacerbate anxiety in patients by affecting hemodynamic parameters; According to the Classes of the New York Heart Association are patients in Class II and III; The patient or family member has no medical education; Do not have speech and hearing disorders. Major exclusion criteria: patient's unwillingness to participate in the study; Unwillingness of the patient's family to participate in the study; Severe changes in hemodynamic factors; Angiography of the patient is an emergency; Hospital admission for any reason; The desire to change the hospital; Clearance with personal desire; Having a history of mental illness based on medical records in the family.
