1.Patients willing to participate in the study by giving written informed consent.
2.All cases of Senile Cataract above 40 years of age, undergoing cataract surgery.
3.Uneventful cataract surgery.
1.Mentally challenged and younger age patients who are unlikely to cooperate for the assessment of the study and need general anesthesia for surgery.
2.Any anterior segment and posterior segment pathology such as glaucoma, corneal disease, retina, vitreous except cataract.
3.ACIOL, IOL in Sulcus, Iris Claw lens, Secondary IOL Implantation.
4.Patients with any systemic illness.
5.Any complicated cataract surgery.
