Inclusion Criteria

Patients with Atherosclerosis obliterans who are scheduled to undergo endovascular treatment.
Men and women over 20 years old.
Rutherford Classification 5 and 6 patients.
When a signed consent form has been obtained from the subject or his or her authorized representative regarding this research, or when a consent form has been signed by the subject or his or her authorized representative.

Exclusion Criteria

Persons with systemic or foot infections.
Preoperatively, the rSO2 value of all the measured sites is 50% or more.
The patient is scheduled to undergo revascularization surgery under general anesthesia.
Pregnancy and potential pregnancy.
The researcher who is responsible for the research has decided that it is inappropriate.

Primary Outcome Measures

Treated lower extremity events (with or without revascularization, amputation, extravascular leakage, and restenosis) presence or absence, dissection, thrombus formation, bleeding, device damage, and surgery-related infection, presence or absence, presence of lymphatic leakage) Incidence at 6 months.
