Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Bilateral ocular hypertension(IOP more than 21 and less than 30\)
- •No optic nerve head and visual field changes.
- •visual acuity more than or equal to 6/12
- •Conversant in Hindi or English.
- •Willing to attend complete course of meditation
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient having other comorbid ocular conditions other than glaucoma contribitiong to visual loss.
- •Patient having chronic systemic illness like diabetes, hypertension.
- •Patients with any ocular surgery in the previous 6 months.
- •Patients already practicing yoga or meditation in any form.
- •Patients who are deaf or communication impaired, significantly physically disabled or with subnormal mentation.
