Inclusion Criteria
Subfertile women with polycystic ovarian disease
-serum FSH within normal limits( 1-12IU /l)
-at least 15 follicles or more ,more than 10 mm at the time of HCG administration
Exclusion Criteria
-patients need coasting for high risk of OHSS.
-patients need cycle cancellation.
-severe male infertility requiring testicular sperm extraction.
