1. Women patients undergoing Orthognathic surgery
2. Patients age over 18 years
3. Mild anemic women with Hb concentration 10-12 g/dL
4. Serum ferritin 35 to 100 ng/mL
5. Healthy patients with ASA class 1-2
6. Body weight 40 to 80 kg
1. Uncontrolled hypertension
2. Seizures
3. Cardiovascular disease e.g. Stoke, Myocardial infarction
4. Current treatment with NSAIDs, antiplatelet and anticoagulants
5. History of thromboembolism event
6. Anemic conditions contraindicated to Erythropoietin and iron supplement administration e.g. Thalassemia trait, Aplastic anemia, Megaloblastic anemia
7. Current or previous treatment with Erythropoietin or iron supplement and blood transfusion within the last 30 days
8. Abnormal menstruation
9. Pregnancy and lactation
