入选标准
- •- Gender: male and female
- •- Age ≥ 18 years
- •- Diagnosed with Primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) by the following criteria
- •(1) Gonioscopy reveals wide-open angle
- •(2) Targeted eye had characteristic visual field defects that corresponded to the location of the glaucomatous optic disc excavation
- •(3) No neurologic disorder and other medical conditions which can responsible for the optic nerve damage.
- •- Scheduled for trabeculectomy at Seoul National University Hospital and King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and Seoul National University Hospital.
排除标准
- •Any corneal disorder that affects IOP measurements
