- Gender: male and female
- Age ≥ 18 years
- Diagnosed with Primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) by the following criteria
(1) Gonioscopy reveals wide-open angle
(2) Targeted eye had characteristic visual field defects that corresponded to the location of the glaucomatous optic disc excavation
(3) No neurologic disorder and other medical conditions which can responsible for the optic nerve damage.
- Scheduled for trabeculectomy at Seoul National University Hospital and King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and Seoul National University Hospital.
Any corneal disorder that affects IOP measurements
