Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Untreated Chronic periodontitis patients without any systemic diseases
- •2.Bleeding on probing
- •3.Pocket depth of >=5mm
- •4.Clinical attachment level of >=3mm
Exclusion Criteria
- •2.Patients who underwent periodontal treatment within past 6 months
- •3.Patients under antibiotics/anti-inflammatory or immunosuppressive agents
- •4.Patients with systemic disorders
- •5.Pregnancy and lactating women
- •6.Inability or unwillingness to complete the trial
