The Constitution chapter in the Homoeopathic Medical Repertory By Robin Murphy is important for several reasons in homeopathic case taking and remedy selection. Constitutional analysis involves assessing the overall physical, mental and emotional makeup of a person. This allows a homeopath to go beyond superficial symptoms and find a deeper acting remedy that suits the patient as a whole.
Diabetes Mellitus being a chronic metabolic disease, this chapter will provide rubrics that help to identify deep acting, constitutional remedies.
In this clinical trial, using of two groups (1) Based on totality formation of rubrics from constitutional chapter of Murphy Repertory (2)Based on totality formation of Murphy Repertory
So, my research is based on clinical relevance of rubrics of chapter constitution from Homeopathic Medical Repertory by Robin Murphy for totality formation and remedy selection for patient with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus of age 35 to 70 years in study duration of 9 months.

入排标准

入选标准
- •Diagnosed cases of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus of both sexes will be included.
- •Age/Gender: The cases between 35 to 70 years will be selected irrespective of gender.
排除标准
- •Cases of type 1 Diabetes Mellitus.
- •Patient having diabetic complications (e.g., Nephropathy, Retinopathy) Patient who requires emergency medical treatment.
- •Cases with irreversible pathology will be excluded from this study.
- •Female cases those are having pregnancy will be excluded.
- •The cases which do not match with symptoms of constitution chapter, e.g. Local disease, one sided disease.
- •Patients not taking medicine as per directions.
