简要总结
Cervicogenic headache is a secondary headache arising from the upper cervical spine (C1–C3), characterized by unilateral neck pain radiating to the head. This randomized clinical trial compares the effectiveness of Fascial Manipulation with Mulligan’s Mobilization, combined with conventional exercises, in individuals with cervicogenic headache. Participants will be randomly allocated into two groups and treated for four weeks with post-intervention follow-up. Outcome measures include Numerical pain rating scale ,Headache disability Inventory and Cranio-cervical flexion test to determine the more effective intervention.
