Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Young adults who are 19 to 24 years of age.
- •2\.Young adults in front of the cell phone for more than 2hrs/day
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Presence of any neurological signs
- •2\)Individuals with persisting neck and back pain
- •3\)A diagnosed psychiatric disorder or severe cognitive impairment
- •4\)Having the specific disease (example Malignancy, inflammatory joint and bone disease)
