Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with symptomatic Apical Periodontitis prescribed for 2.Root Canal treatment within the age group of 18-60 years.
3.Permanent single rooted teeth with fully formed apex.
4.Patients should not have taken any analgesic or antibiotic drugs within the previous 7 days.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients not willing to sign the informed consent.
2.Patients with variation in root canal morphology.
3.Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes, central nervous system disorders, cardiovascular disorders, respiratory disorders, immunocompromised patients and pregnant patients.
