Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with symptomatic Apical Periodontitis prescribed for 2\.Root Canal treatment within the age group of 18\-60 years.
- •3\.Permanent single rooted teeth with fully formed apex.
- •4\.Patients should not have taken any analgesic or antibiotic drugs within the previous 7 days.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients not willing to sign the informed consent.
- •2\.Patients with variation in root canal morphology.
- •3\.Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes, central nervous system disorders, cardiovascular disorders, respiratory disorders, immunocompromised patients and pregnant patients.
