Inclusion Criteria
1. All patients indicated for Kati Basti.
2. Patients who are willing to participate in the trial and ready to give written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who are not willing to participate in a trial and not ready to give written informed consent.
2. Patients contraindicated for Sthanika Basti.
3. Patients with Neuropathy.
4. Any other patient that the physician feels should not be included at that point of recruitment considering the clinical scenario.
5. Patients less than the age of 18 years and above 60 years.
