入选标准
- •1.Age over 18 years old
- •2.Unilateral or bilateral subjective tinnitus
- •3.Tinnitus for 4 weeks to 1 years
- •4.Any medication taken to treatment tinnitus has to be discontinues at least 1 month
排除标准
- •1.Current otitis media
- •2.Taking other treatment for tinnitus included hearing aid, sound therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy for tinnitus.
- •3.Severe cardiovascular, renal or hepatic disorder
- •4.Psychological problem such as schizophrenia, schizophreniform disorder, schizoaffective disorder, brief psychotic disorder, delusional disorder, anxiety, depression
- •5.Neurodegenerative disease such as delirium, dementia, Parkinson, Alzheimer
- •6.Pregnancy or childbearing
- •7.Illegible
- •8.Allergic to the investigational drug
